Shared Airport Transfer

Airport shared shuttle service : SHARE a transfer – SAVE money – PROTECT nature. Our Shared Shuttle Service is our most cost-efficient offer for you. With this service you share your transfer in comfortable busses/limousines with other passengers to either the same destination or destinations on the same route. Thus you save money and contribute to environmental responsibility.
After your booking you will get a special confirmation from us. By that the booking is valid.
Subject to the Austrian law children count as a person in any car; children’s seats will be provided when we are given the information with the booking.
The standard luggage is one suitcase, one hand bag and one pair of skis per person. In case you have extra luggage (i.e. suitcases beyond the usual measurements, snowboards, a wheel chair etc.) you have to give us the information with your booking, so that we can guarantee the transportation fully.
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs you will go straight to the meeting point which is given in your booking confirmation. Please have the booking confirmation ready to show it to the driver. He will give you then detailed further information regarding the exact departure time.
In case your flight is delayed and/or you miss the transfer, you will be offered a place on the next transfer on condition that there is one available and without any obligation from our side. If this is not possible you have to make new arrangements at your costs. Of course, we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
For the transfer back from your destination to the airport we will pick you up at the originally fixed time and drop you at the airport. Please make sure that you are ready in due time as the driver cannot wait. If there are changes in your flight back you may have to make your own arrangements again newly with us or with another transfer company at your own costs. Of course, also in this case we offer you our help.
We will organize the transfers in a responsible manner with profound experience. So please understand that due to bad weather conditions and/or destinations in certain alpine regions we have to reserve our right to choose the adequate cars (maybe deviating from your booking) and the pick up time (return drive). In this case we will inform you in time. Nevertheless please note too that we are not responsible for any disadvantages or costs due to missed flights, flight delays, cancellations, missed travel connections, weather conditions, traffic jams etc. or any other circumstances beyond our sphere of influence.
